It's a poor OCU app as their app engine often does not trigger the upsell funnel. When asking their support about it, they don't really have an answer as to why this occurs, other than 'extreme load' on the servers. I recommend going with one of the other upsell apps.
This apps is totally a game changer, would love to recommend to all store owner out there!
