Im using this app to help my customers track their shipping. The customer support is unbelievably great. they respond instantly and walk you through everything you could possibly ask for. They even offered video chat for more coherant communication!!!

I just started using this app and so far it has been a great addition as the customer is able to track their order and to buy something else.

Aftership is fantastic, easy to set up and use on the site.

The best! Really easy to set up, and the pay structure is really fair. My shop, Babe Basics, is a dropship store, and it would be such a nightmare to go through tons of orders to find tracking information and then go through china post to find out where my customer's order is. Now, I can type in an order number and see exactly what's going on. Plus each time the tracking status changes, my customer can be automatically updated.

Once synced this has been really useful to keep track of deliveries. Even though I am only on the free plan, this app has already helped with a customer query and once I start getting more customers i'll definitely be upgrading!
