Ankit was very patient and helpful in explaining Aftership Tracking and has connected me with Marketing.
It's okay. A tad overpriced for automation software. It gets behind. People will get their delivery and a day later get the e-mail notice that it's on it's way. Support is 24 behind - send a ticket today and expect to hear a day later (they are not on this side of the globe yet I think are big enough to start thinking about a North American support desk). Seems like a one-man operation. Always get a reply from the same person. It's okay, but the system doesn't always work. Still, it's the best at the moment. Customers want more frequent updates. Mine, anyway.

The app is easy easy to set up. Still feeling my way around though. I like the fact I was able to make a separate page for my customers to track packages on my website. ( included in the free package) Also 100 free tracks monthly. Great for someone just starting out. I do recommend the app. Makes it easier on the customer and me.
So far so good. Super easy to install and so far very easy to navigate. Simple steps to guide along the way. Thanks!
Can sync with Shopify so easy to manage order shipments
Here is my feedback. How many emails are you going to send me for a review. I have not even had a chance to use the app yet and now it's a nuisance with the reminder emails.

Wow what a nice app. This is a new store and it's a must have.
I used this app but it didn't work well regarding some bugs when I tried to track stuff. The support team for the app is good though, but I wish I knew that before wasting money to see that I couldn't track orders that were being shipped. Is a good app but try it before paying...
