The best app to provide order tracking to your customers. Also, the support team is very friendly and quick in response. Overall loved the app, must give it a try.

Great app. all features I have used so far are very helpful. I love it. customer support staff is very attentive and helpful.

Perfect. I just downloaded it and I was able to track the shipments from shipping to delivery. Also, my customers were able to track their orders right from shipping time to delivery time. I woul;d recommend it for others who are in need of tracking shipments.

Great customer support service. Aftership is the best order tracking app on Shopify because it lessens your customer curiosity by providing the latest updates of their order as it happens

Customer service sucks. Back and forth, back and forth. Not addressing my questions. Responses felt scripted. I do feel bad writing a negative review, but they really need to get their CS folks up to speed. Trackr rocks btw.
