great app, usefull. easily integrated in our shop. fully customizable. easy to configure. very clear pricing.

I have installed this app just two weeks ago and am still using the free version. So far I am very impressed with the ease of use and service over all. I am especially delighted, since Aftership is from Hong Kong, as we are. Great job! I look forward to use this more and more. As soon as I have figured out how I want to run the whole customer experience on my store, I might upgrade to premium.

It is a must have App. The option to send emails and SMS notification for different triggers are very useful to keep customers posted on shipping status.

I did have to speak with customer service and the rep that helped me"Nitin" was very helpful and understood my concern.

Awesome app! Works great, assures that you know right away if there is a problem with one of your shipments without having to track everything individually. Would highly recommend it to others :)
