Best app to communicate with customers.
Improvements that could be done:
1. Sent email in ALL parcel status change
2. Translate to other languages
The customization allowed is much better than some of the competitors, although the price is higher as well.

I've emailed them twice about my tracking site not working. When my customers would put in their tracking number it would say order does not exist. In the beginning it worked but now it just doesn't work. If they do not get back to me within 24 hours i will be uninstalling and installing a different app. None of our 5k + orders say no info. Why pay for this app if we have to send customer info because your system keep showing order does not exist but when i type in tracking into your site i get tracking or if i track using other sites it works but not on the app. Please fix my issue so I can get back to my business and not wasting my time sending customers there tracking info. 24 hours that all you get. I should get my money back you guys take my money and dont track my packages what going on here?
We have been using this app for over a year now. Super support & does the job well. Recommended.
Great to have all the carriers in a single place and super that we can put the most likely carriers first in our personal carrier list (to eliminate the risk, in the event that the tracking number is not unique to a single carrier, that the customer would have to choose which carrier we chose ;-)
Great app! Easy to use, good interface, accurate info. Keeps all my tracking numbers in a single place, it's so easy to check out if deliveries are going on time with one quick glance.
Horrible customer service. Think twice before you install with a subscription. Have been emailing and chatting with their "customer support" to cancel our subscription and they spent 24 hours giving me the run around an stalling the request by telling me " give me 3-5 minutes to check on this request " and then disappear for hours. I finally figured out how to cancel the subscription on my own. Beware before signing up!

Very good support. Thanks. Anurag is great. The app is very good for tracking. You can set up a lot of things.
It was always a hassle getting on top of the tracking numbers and which car accessories order I had to check up on with my suppliers. Aftership has made life so much easier - I just need to use their app to be notified about all my parcels, in just one page. Would definitely recommend this to other eCommerce stores who use different suppliers and sell different products. You will not regret it!
I use this app for tracking my customers packages they buy from me. I love how it is so easy you use but very powerful.
