I've emailed them twice about my tracking site not working. When my customers would put in their tracking number it would say order does not exist. In the beginning it worked but now it just doesn't work so I decided to go with another company as their customer service can cost me my customers. I would say don't bother just link your site to a reputable site that will actually work just as long as they can track their orders that's all they really care about.
Do not write a review until you have actually used the service and did a test run on your site. I did a test run and order a product from my site as a customer. Well, I clicked on the app to analyze everything, and guess what.... it doesn't open. I even tried to login from the actually site and not the app... well same thing happens. Last night I emailed support. Of course its the next day and no response. There also is no number to call or a live support or chat. This is freaking ridiculous! I hate to give bad reviews, but hey Im not too happy. Uninstall asap!
how long do i have to wait to see the customer tracking info after oberlo gives me a tracking number? Its been 4 days now and i still can see any tracking info.
If you are having any trouble good luck getting any sort of help. Every other app has a live chat feature to get help and with this app it takes days and they don't even answer your questions when they do respond. I chose this app because I saw it was the largest and other trusted brands use it but for dropshipping especially beginners this app will just frustrate you and waste your time.
Still haven't been able to use this yet. At first the customer service was fast, but they just keep responding slower and slower. At first it was taking 3 days to hear back, now it's been almost a week and still haven't heard anything back. I've had to write follow up emails just to get a response, but this time I'm still waiting.

THIEFS! Beware they have plans called "FOREVER FREE 0$/Month". Lo and behold you get a charge on your credit card statement for $300 for excess shipments at $0.5/shipment. these guys are professional scammers.

The concept is good but it falls over in execution. Firstly, I could never get to the bottom of why AfterShip will not synchronise all orders which is the bread and butter, so customers are missing from the tracking notifications. The response from support is that I need to speak to the carrier, but that doesn't explain to me why AfterShip can not at least acknowledge the order in "shipments" nor why if the order is manually added the tracking seems to work fine. This leads to the second point, like many other comments, there's an issue with customer service. There's no chat so it's all down to email response. An email to their support to address missing shipments shouldn't need to be repeated several times with a templated unhelpful response. Ultimately the shipments remain missing unless I add them manually, I received a closed ticket and a request asking "how did we do?". I hope that AfterShip will take a good look at their customer support if they really are interested in feedback.
Not Really FREE. Its $0.5/ship, very expensive!! You will lost lots of money while your business growth. It is MISLEADING!
Beware, you should pay $0.5/shipment from the beginning. 50 shipment, ypu pay $25, 100 shipment then you pay $50, very expensive!

The cost is high for a basic plan $9.99 per month. Email notification is important but it doesn't worth $9.99 per month.
