AfterShip Order Tracking

awesome help. customer service helped extend my free plan. the people that work here are very good at their jobs

Early days as I have just installed, but this is app seems to be exactly what i was looking for. A simple, easy to use app that is good for us and the customer! A detailed review to follow in coming weeks.

AfterShip has helped substantially decrease our online store's support time. Customers can easily view where their items are as well as expected delivery dates. I was surprised by how many shipping companies are offered via AfterShip to track by and how easy it was to get setup. This app is a must for any eCommerce Shopify site!

The CS helping solve the problem smooth and good. It can let me know more clearly the Order deliver to customer status.

I needed questions and they responded in a timely manner. Looking forward to using this app for my business.

Just switched over from another tracking app. If I have 1 order with multiple tracking numbers, Aftership picks it up automatically (the other tracking apps did not do this). Set up was easy and painless. Although I do wish there were more options to customize the tracking page (only gives 3 templates). The email notifications to customers don't go to spam, the images of the items ordered are not distorted. As of now, I'm glad I upgraded to a better tracking app.

AfterShip is a great and helpful app! Customer can now track their order from my website and that is great! Moreover, it is very easy and simple to install. Just try it :)
