Very nice app but still a lot of implements to give five stars. Global customization is moderate and this may affect the professionalism of my french website. I can't edit and/or translate some texts. On the tracking page, it should be nice to add an instagram icon next to the account id so the customers idendify it better and easier. Also, the tracking button on the confirmation order page is only in english while my website is french and the AfterShip app is french too, that's very annoying, i had to disable the button. Support ok. Nice app but i'm waiting to see for some improvements..

The cost is high for a basic plan $9.99 per month. Email notification is important but it doesn't worth $9.99 per month.

Update 2017 Aug 12 - Changed from 3 stars to 1 because the APP keeps interrupting my work with a pop-up asking for a review. So, here's your review.
2017 Aug 01 - First day with AfterShip. It seems to work OK so far, but not intuitive and the documentation is 4 years old. None of the videos or screen shots look like the current App or Shopify Admin.
All good, easy to use. Definitely use in your shop.
I was robbed!! Beware of installing this app.
I installed this app and didn't use it. It did not send any tracking information to my customers. I selected a plan and I did plan on using it but, i never got around to setting anything up yet I found a $589 bill in my account this morning because I received more orders than my plan allowed. Why is that? I didn't set this up. I would appreciate a refund.
Não recomendo. Estou tentando falar com o suporte, porém sem retorno. Foi feita uma cobrança exorbitante no meu cartão no valor de USD 413,80 para 1 MÊS sendo que nem fiz upgrade do plano, nem vendas.

HORRIBLE customer service: Not answering questions properly, not following up, not solving problems. Worst of all: They claim to support carriers which they don't. For some companies this app might work, not for us. If we treated our new customers like Aftership treats us, we would be out of business!
