great app and even better support! Works exactly as intended. Couldn't install the app on my site but the creator was nice enough to set it up for me. Highly recommend.

The app looks good in itself, but the German translation is terrible.
I even sent them the correct translations, but all I got in reply was that these translations were wrong because Google Translate says otherwise.
I am fluent in both German and English.
Very annoying as we can't use the app this way.

We installed the app to keep track of our fulfilment process. We set up the app and we installed both the Shopify app and the fulfilment supplier app on aftership.
Aftership synced orders twice from both sources and created duplicated tracking numbers for almost every order. It was a bit of a nightmare.
Aftership shouldn't sync orders with the same Name or ID, or at least flag it as a duplicate.
The app is good, but the incorrect phone number for Fedex UK is embedded in the customers notifications, which means all our customers contact us complaining they cannot get through to Fedex to arrange a new delivery. Aftership claims they cannot change this until Fedex contacts them with an update. We have used Fedex UK for 11 years and the phone number used by Aftership has never been in use. The app is useless to us until the correct information is added.

This app saves me so much time. The desktop version is incredible. I gave 4 stars because I would love to see the Android app be improved.

I used this app, it's so bad. I can't import my ship imformation. It's always failed. And there is something wrong about the sync with shopify, not all order s are sync.Some orders are missing.And I can't connect the customer service.
