Air Product Reviews App & UGC

A bit difficult to understand for a beginner (for this app), although I normally work with computers and software.. Not easy to find your way around. But I got great help from Jasmine and William so now the app is running

I loved it, it is easy to use as I am a newbie to all that stuff. The staff is very cooperative, I got stuck at some places few time. However, my savior Jasmine from Avada saved me with my precious time and effort and I got myself again on the right track.

Customer service is awesome, especially Damian and Hana who helped me with all my extensive sheets immediately.

At 1st i was a little disappointed, someone helped me to import a review from another sailing platform and maid a mess, however, someone else came around on the next day and correct all of it

It's an easy-to-use app with a very simple interface. Thank you very much to the support team and especially Prakash. It would be better if they didn't just bring new pro features.

I constantly encountered errors while uploading my products, but luckily I was lucky! I would like to thank dear Abby for helping me in this process. Thanks to her support and solution-oriented approach, I was able to overcome all the difficulties. I am really grateful!

After looking for a couple review apps i came to this app. i had a bit of trouble setting it up correctly but with the kind help of Sonny it was a piece of cake. Ready to collect reviews for my webshop! thanks again.

Would be nice if it was more customizable however the customer support team is great and can help you with that. Hana helped me out changing some things that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.
