Prakesh was very helpful with helping me setting my reveiw page and all other setup areas. It saved me so much time struggling to sort it myself!
So far looks a very great app !! Customer Service is really reactive and helps you a lot if you have any questions. I deal with Emily and Alyssa and both were really kind and helpful. Thanks a lot !!!
The support team was fantastic. I encountered some issues, but Hana promptly and effectively resolved them. The app is backed by an exceptional support team.
We started using this since Dec 2023. We faced no issues until about 2 days ago when one of our customers alerted us that the review section is not showing any content or had disappeared altogether.
Contacted the support team. Nolan and William was very helpful. They requested developer access and started working on the issue immediately. It was resolved in less than 3 hours.
