good customer support and many free features but still lacking some features
good support from Audrey and Maison and Tracy

Emily is very patient and the service is very good. I love this app
So far we have been having a great time with Air. We ran into a small problem importing reviews with German characters like "ü" and contacted support. Kevin solved the problem was solved within 10 minutes.
