Great feature set. Great support. Not the easiest to understand UI, but not bad.

Esther is very kind and cooperative.

Had an issue with my theme not posting my reviews. got on the chat line. Super helpful and fast for a free app to provide that kind of support. Awesome

I got the chance to try the AirReviews Product app, and it's amazing. I recommend it!!! Thanks to all the creators behind this product. People use the app if you have a Shopify store. Tracy was great and on point with her support!

This app has a good support experience I talked with a few of the customer support members one was Esther, I noticed all of them where sweet and kind and helpful

Pretty good app. The customer' service is 10/10. Hana was super helpful. It could use some improvements, but happy overall.

Good App on of the only free apps we have for reviews could be better but not everything is perfect Support is super helpful thanks specially to Hana :)

Emily is awesome, although did not response in the first second. maybe too many people she is handling.

Very easy to use! Not as customizable as paid apps but it is free and convenient for if you don't want to spend money or if you're on budget.
