This app is very helpful and their support is unbelievable. I recently installed the app on my Shopify store and ran into an issue with uploading CSV files. Before discovering the magic of Air Reviews, I was using Judge.me. It served me well, but a part of me yearned for an interface that was more sleek and minimalist. That's when Air Reviews caught my eye! The installation process was like zipping down a smooth highway - not bumpy as I'd feared given my limited expertise with computers. And oh boy, importing reviews? A piece of cake!

Their customer service is as golden as it comes - hands down one of the very best experiences I've had to date!
