Bonsoir, j'ai désinstallé l'application, le 23 mai, ça fait 5 jours. Il doit y avoir un bugue car il y a toujours des avis ( 1 étoile) en dessous de certains produits. Je l'ai justement désinstallée à cause de cette étoile, qui fait que le produit n'a qu'une étoile donc pas un bon produit.
Pourriez-vous me guider pour supprimer entièrement des étoiles en dessous de mes produits ?
Merci par avance.
Je ne souhaite pas forcément que cet avis soit publié, j'ai juste besoin d'aide pour retirer ces étoiles.

Notre enquête préliminaire suggère que le problème pourrait provenir de l'utilisation des métafichiers de Shopify dans l'éditeur de thème pour afficher les évaluations, situés dans le fichier card-product.liquid. Pour désactiver la notation par étoiles par défaut du thème, veuillez ouvrir votre éditeur de thème, cliquer sur une carte produit, et désactiver "Afficher la note du produit". Vous trouverez ci-joint une capture d'écran pour votre référence.

Nous regrettons profondément de ne pas avoir pu vous aider avant que vous ne désinstalliez l'application. Si nous avions eu l'occasion, nous aurions pu vous aider à configurer l'application de manière transparente selon vos préférences.

This app is not only free and has good customisation, but the customer service has been great so far, very helpful and quick to answer.

Could you please let us know if there were any specific problems with the app, such as features or billing concerns, that led to your review? We want to ensure that your experience with our app is as smooth and beneficial as possible.

If your concerns are related to billing, we'd like to clarify how our subscription billing works. The billing system on Shopify automatically initiates charges at the start of each billing cycle to ensure continuous access to our services. Unfortunately, this means that even if the app was canceled slightly after the trial period ended, the charge for the current cycle was still processed.
