I had issue with importing reviews with excel files, but Pamela and Esther helped me! they edited my files, and uploaded for me as well as setting up the app correctly when I couldn't figure it out myself !

I installed this app as it had Free plan available though but exceptionally very good user interface to manage all the things and there one place i was stuck but there support Hana Mia and Toby solved it for me within minutes A good app I must say.

As a novice this is still easy to use! Any confusions quickly cleared up with the chat support - Tiana was particularly helpful and took all the stress away from my lack of tech knowledge! Very happy, would recommend for simple review app :)
I had a small issue with how my reviews looked. I messaged the chat and Audrey was quick to respond. She understood my issue and immediately let her team know. Support is very active and nice, they do every thing by themselves just tell them the issue and it will be resolved, The support person i connected with (Audrey) is very helpful to me
