This is a great app with some awesome features.
It was very easy to integrate with our store and to import our existing reviews.
Due to user error, we needed to involve their support team for the final setup, and they were extremely knowledgeable.
Liz is particularly helpful!

Lydia solved our problem really quickly, instruction was SUPER clear, but I could not understand at first. However, she escalated and give us more clear instruction with pictures and bullet-lists. Which help me A LOT! They are always ready for you to help out, 24/7. Not even small delay.
