Great app with excellent customer support! I had an issue where my fulfilled orders were not syncing in the Review Request section. I reached out to the support team and they (Hena) were quick to respond and helped me resolve the issue promptly.

Extremely good support! Im on the free plan and still it feels like they really wanted to help and solve the issue. I had a problem with a custom liquid section. I told them about the problem, granted them access to my site, and they solved it in under 2 hours without any complications.

I was struggling to show some reviews on my site and then Mr. Arthur guided me to do so. You people are really helping the store owners. I really appreciate your tool but there's a room for improvement. There should be an option to add a review summary on main page of the site. that will really help to gain trust of customers. I hope there will be an update on my recommendation soon.

For a free app this is absolutely fantastic. It is easy to set up. While some features might be missing, it definitely does what it needs to do, everything else is just a bit extra.
I needed support a few times and they have been so super helpful and answered all my questions and fixed issues I had in a timely manner. Can only recommend, especially for stores just starting out.
