管理画面は英語ですが、直観的な操作が可能なのでgoogle翻訳などを使って対応が可能です。他社のアプリからのインポートも統合性が高く簡単にできました。1000件近い画像付きレビューが2-3分でインポートできる処理速度も非常に早い。さらにカスタマーサポートが日本の営業時間内でも迅速に対応してくれます。私の様々な疑問にCS担当の"Hana"さんが対応してくれました。これからも愛用したいと思います。
