great service, replied and helped pretty quickly for my problem thanks to sexy liz :)

The plugin works really nice and stable. In addition, the customer service part is very fast and responds promptly. A few minor improvements need to be made. For example, I think it would be much better if the search for comments section according to the products was introduced in the comments section.

I am new to managing reviews on my website. I downloaded Air Product Reviews relatively easily but was not sure where to begin. I waited a couple of days and didn't see any reviews on my site. I clicked on the online chat and within 10 seconds Esther asked what she could help with. I explained my situation. She logged into my site and within 5 minutes enabled everything and I now have the ability for customers to leave 5 star reviews on every product. I am very happy with the look and the overall feel it has added to my site. Thank you for your help.

Among all paid apps this app just works with all the required features for free.
you can import reviews from Amazon is the best feature for me.
also, chat support is prompt which I used for few small things to be corrected for my custom theme
