The customer service that Avada provides is 5 star, especially Jasmine and Tony. They created a custom font size to help on the mobile reviews centering.
I would recommend them and this app to ALL stores.

pretty awesome, I'm thrilled with Air Reviews by Avada! This user-friendly app is packed with valuable features that have made collecting customer reviews with photos a breeze for my Shopify store. It's been a huge help in building trust and boosting sales.
Setting up Air Reviews was smooth, and the interface is delightfully intuitive. What truly impressed me, however, is the extensive range of customization options. I can tailor the look and feel of the app to perfectly match my store's theme. This includes features like the review box, star rating, review pop up, review carousal, review sidebar, review submit form, and even the all reviews page! The customization options are comprehensive and easy to use, allowing me to create a seamless customer review experience that complements my brand.
There was a minor hiccup when I initially tried importing reviews with a CSV file. However, the Avada support team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Shoutout to Nolan for promptly understanding the problem, and to Nikita, the technician, for their excellent work fixing it! the first thing that came to my mind after reading the name of the team member 'Nolan' was !!!MRBEAST!!!
The only downside of this app is that it doesnt support multilanguage translation yet but i saw it as a feature request so they might introduce it real soon.
Overall, I highly recommend Air Reviews by Avada to any Shopify store owner looking to leverage the power of customer reviews. The app itself is excellent, with a wide range of customization options, and the supportive team is a major plus.
