i think the app is great. I do have an issue of doing the first come first serve method to gain customers.

Their support staff especially Namit, has been incredibly helpful and always there to give advice as and when needed. I have been using this app since April 2020. Have found the support to be good and the usually respond to the chat (might depend on time of day). I love how easily the Loyalty seems to work with the POS. I am happy to get email, loyalty rewards and other features all in one. The price is also excellent.

I must say that this app is amazing and have several features to help your business. I’ve been using the free version just to test things out before going live again. I would definitely recommend AiTrillion to anyone in business!

The single most value for money app to grow your business from day 0. Support is almost always available. Havent taken more than a couple of hours in solving any issues I had. Highly recommended.

I would have to say that this is one of the best apps I have used through Shopify. If you want to combine all your apps into one app then this is the one. Cart Abandonment, Reviews, Loyalty Program, Push Notification, email and the list goes on. Well done on a great app

I highly recommend this app! Originally we planned on using it for only email campaigns. Once it is set up and time to go through various areas offered within this app. I was able to get rid of several other apps I didn't need. I had to reach out to customer support for an integration question. I was quickly responded to and helped with absolute satisfaction.
