The app is taking time to learn. The customer support is all 5 stars, hands down. My first drop shipping order was sinking but then Minn helped in every way to set the order straight, get it on track, and have it get fulfilled! I make a strong recommendation based on the help I just received from Minn. Great work
all though my issue was not resolved at this time everyone involved was very helpful and I no they will do there best to get it resolved very soon it's always o pleasure working with the zopi staff thank you for you're support
Im really satisfied with Zopi, they have a really big soritment and variations when it comes to products and their customer service is exccellent, you can contact them 24/7 and they will alwys help you and solve the problem or the question, i got help today from a staff called "Ross", she helped me fast with my problem, she has really good communication and makes sure that i get all the help that i need.
Had some issues with order Fulfillment but I had great support from Ross who is part of the team and she helped me with my issue and now it's been sorted.
