i can't see anything in my store
i follow all steps without result
how i can refund ?
Currently not working, every time i try to take an action i get logged out of the site or receive an error message. Contacted customer support and got no response.

Doesn't populate any reviews and the support staff are not willing to help. This is incredibly poor considering I am having to pay for this service. I wonder if I can get a refund...more than likely NOT! :(
I do not recommend this app, a lot of missing features.
I just paid for the paid plan to find out i cannot remove the empty stars on products without reviews, and the support team was not able to help, and they refuse to refund me even after 1 day of usage of the paid plan. I tried many customer-friendly apps they were really helpful and their app has amazing feuatures than this one. I do not recommend.

In relation to your concern as "i cannot remove the empty stars on products without reviews", unfortunately this function is not yet at the moment, however, we're really appreciate your feedback and it will be forwarded to concern team to investigate and add it for future update.
Another is your refund request, based on our policy, we do not offer unconditional refund after 7-day trial, however, depended on case by case, we will consider to refund for users. As we have checked, my colleague has sent you a follow-up email, please check their email and response to them to have a resolution.

says free or trial but then when you fetch reviews you have to upgrade to publish them. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Do not waste your time
needs A LOT of improvement. :( has a lot of potential to be great, but i must say it's the worst app in the app store. deleted this already.

I tried this app it's good, but not what I need and I can't afford to pay more than shopify subscription. after the trial ended I want to check something and tried to installed it and it said you have 7 days trail and then removed it immediately , but they charged 9$ I contacted shopify they couldn't do anything, also contented the app creator and he didn't even bother to reply .
its not work.Waste of time to use this app.No one support me
When I want to import product reviews from aliexpress its not allows .You must Upgrade to the Premium version .So its not Free .I want to ask them why its write here as free
I dont trust them i was billed few times for not even using app, lowie will say let me login to your shopify fix where stars are positioned, than she has full access to your account, after i deleted her access several times i wasn't even using the app and i was still being billed, DODGY dont use this app should be removed
