It's charged as monthly fee, however, the number of product review count was base on all historical data and no way to reset the counter.
E.g. if you imported 100 products review and you want to change some setting, delete and re-import the review again for the same 100 products. It's counted as 200 products reviews used. The only way is to upgrade and pay more to have more product counts you can use until you reach their top plan.

First of all, I would like to make it clear that we do not limit number of imported reviews on historical data. You can remove old, and add news one (I suggest to use In BULK option) as much as you want at any time.
What we limit is number of imported products based on historical data and your plan only. The behind reason is that this action will take a lot of resources from our system, and we want to make sure that all of our valuable customers will get results fairly to deserve what they are paying for our app.

Stupid app, doesn't let me transfer my membership. I paid for the membership, but you don't let me transfer. Then scam my money. I don't recommend this app. They scam me. Now my money is gone. I ask customer service but they no help me. They say im stupid. Make all my customer gone.

First of all, "one app account is used for one Shopify store" is a Shopify Policy, so even we really want to help you, but it is impossible to transfer the subscription, not only for us but also other apps.

Beware of this app when you plan to import your reviews from another app 1. This app is not storing the images that you import from your previous app even you have paid for the subscription, It relies on the link on your previous app to show the images, so when you uninstall your previous app and it deletes your data, the images in ali reviews will be broken. 2. I had this broken images issue a few days ago and until now, their support still could not fix this issue. 3. I think I have to ask a compensation since they cause me a losing datas of my reviews

Regarding to your concern, you've exported the review from the review app fera.ai but when you've uninstalled that app, all exported images are not working properly so it can't show in our app, this is the limit from our app, now you should find the relevant images from your store and replace image links. We have noted this point and will improve it in the next releases.
As a sincere apology, we already refunded the latest charge for you, also we have offered other benefits to remedy for this situation. My colleague has sent you follow-up emails, please let them know if you need further support.

I don't recommend using this app. Google PageSpeed insight before 77. After installing AliReview 32!!!!! It slows your landing page down and my bounce rate was at 90%!!!

Bad application with a very poor customer support service. The only support they do is ask you to upgrade your plan so they can make more money

too many bugs does not work properly.
I do not recommend this app, a lot of missing features.
I just paid for the paid plan to find out i cannot remove the empty stars on products without reviews, and the support team was not able to help, and they refuse to refund me even after 1 day of usage of the paid plan. I tried many customer-friendly apps they were really helpful and their app has amazing feuatures than this one. I do not recommend.

In relation to your concern as "i cannot remove the empty stars on products without reviews", unfortunately this function is not yet at the moment, however, we're really appreciate your feedback and it will be forwarded to concern team to investigate and add it for future update.
Another is your refund request, based on our policy, we do not offer unconditional refund after 7-day trial, however, depended on case by case, we will consider to refund for users. Terrible, doesn't work. Refused to refund, after I used it for less than a hour, and found that it wasn't working. ALL of my items say that there are no reviews.
Contacted them about the refund, and they claimed this wasn't "part of their support."
BTW, their main site has a refund guarantee policy!
I am guessing a large chunk of the reviews here are either bots or bought reviews considering how their app doesn't work, their customer service is garbage, and they refuse to refund after scamming people!
They also seem to be sending bot traffics, messing up my analytics.
