I really like this service. Their chat help is top-notch. I haven't had any orders yet so I'm not positive how seamless it is which is why the 4 stars.

I had a problem with pricing and logging in, and then I ran into a bunch of other issues. As it turned out, I was caught up in some changes to the backend. However, I had the opportunity to work with Angel in support, and I found her to be very pleasant. Even when the issues were beyond her control, she persisted until they were resolved. I would like to express my gratitude to her patience, commitment, and assistance in resolving the issues.
