So basically after this app messed up my new items ALTs and me trying to fix it all the costumer service said "maybe this app is not for your store". I sell products how this app not for my store? Basically most of my ALT's are a mess and they just gave up.
AI will write: "Model wearing ..." as Alt which is clearly not ok
or ALT's are too long
or you pay to overwrite but it does not overwrite. I just dont understand how you could give this app any positive rating. They promised a full refund never got the refund.
Never buy! Be very careful, this app is really scam! each the system not automatically updates the images alt text and if you click update bulk again charge you several times, for example if you have just 500 images and click updates just for 3 images then they will charge you for 500 images again!

I think you know already that our app is NOT a scam at all. The reason you are using additional credits is because you changed the app settings to overwrite when doing a bulk update, which is not the default setting. That is the *only* time anything will be overwritten.
Also, the app *does* automatically update your product image alt text whenever a product is updated or created in your store.
We're more than happy to give you additional credits to make up for the ones you used already....not a problem at all! And if you'd like a refund, also not a problem.
You never replied to our support email response when you initially had some questions, and it's too bad because we could have easily helped you get it working the way you want.
