We have had a very good experience with CedCommerce app in regards to our eBay sales channel. When we were searching for an app last year for eBay CedCommerce clearly had a great system and a dedicated support team for us inside Skype. We liked this a lot better than the other apps like Codisto, Koongo, etc.
After our experience with CedCommerce on the eBay sales channel they were the natural choice for Amazon integration.

Unbelievable customer service.
I've been banging my head against a brick wall trying to sync products myself. I gave up on this app and after several days of inactivity received a message from customer service offering a one on one consultation to trouble shoot the issues I was having. The representative I spoke with was articulate and knowledgeable and had my Shopify products ready to start uploading to Amazon in under half an hour.

Wow, and here I was thinking that selling on amazon would be super difficult. That was until I found Cedcommerce. They have helped me get started in so many ways. They helped me get set up, gave me live assistance, very interactive and friendly! I honestly cant thank them enough for their support! Had the pleasure of Kaushik helping me and he is fantastic! Quick and very helpful! I was really struggling with uploading products and had a solution and answer in minutes!
CED Commerce is an easy product to understand, tech support is tops and made my products easily show on Amazon-US. Looking forward to add more products with this tool.
Currently using the app, I set up a call today to discuss the error messages when trying to upload products. CedCommerce explained the steps and was able to help by reviewing my screen and products as well. Great App so far.
