The worst service I have ever paid for. They have taken more than two months for 10 product optimizations. When they told me the work was done, they have not even commply with the complete service they had promissed. I had to inssist them to complete it, correct images and complete information.
When you ask them to complete the work, they take days to answer. I definitely DO NOT recommend this service. In fact, I am asking for my money back as they did not give what they promissrd

Can't upload to Amazon without multiple errors. Worked with four different reps in chat over four days and they'd promise to fix and then the next day I'd log back in and nothing changed. Too much heavy lifting to just get the Shopify catalog ported over to Amazon with this tool.
I've collaborated with CED for a substantial period. While the primary application performs adequately, my experience with their additional services has been notably unsatisfactory. I expanded my engagement to include product listings, SEO, store creation, among other services. Unfortunately, I must express my profound disappointment with these offerings.
The professionals assigned to assist me, namely Praveen, Areeba, and Shruti, have not met expectations. Despite raising concerns with Praveen—who assured me of addressing and personally resolving the issues—my problems remain unattended. His reassurances often left me in limbo, with responses such as "Allow me to check with Shruti, so that I can update you," followed by no follow-up. When I sought confirmation of completion two weeks ago, his evasive replies only added to my frustration.
The subpar quality of work and frequent errors have been detrimental; a significant instance being the mishandling of one of my successful FBA products. This error resulted from an improper merging with another FBA product, which upon separation, led to it being labeled unsellable due to certain changes. Repeated requests to rectify the issue were met with protracted promises of 'looking into it,' while any responsibility for the mishap was deflected onto Amazon.
Furthermore, the grasp on effective SEO by the staff appears tenuous at best, evident from keyword-stuffed, customer-unfriendly content and the use of AI-generated images that fail to appeal or make sense. All attempts to escalate these issues to a managerial level have proven futile.
I advise potential clients to be cautious and attentive when engaging with this company, especially regarding interactions with Praveen. Initially, his focus seemed to be on providing reassurances to secure a purchase of their services, rather than ensuring client satisfaction.
As I've stated before, I've been a long-time user of their applications. However, this recent experience has definitively ended my relationship with CED. I can no longer trust them due to what I perceive as deceptive practices.
Seit 5 Monaten bekommt es der Anbieter nicht hin uns als Anwender zu unterstützen ein einziges Produkt auf Amazon zu listen.
Wir wollten unsere Absatzwege auf diesen Kanal ausweiten und lediglich 10 Bestseller dort verkaufen. Es entstehen immer wieder neue Fehler, bei denen wir keine Unterstützung unterhalten.
Mit jeglichen Anbietern bin ich immer sehr zufrieden, aber der Support dieses Anbieters ist katastrophal!

Have been using this app for almost a year. I can truly say that this is definitely the worst app I have ever used. My orders are not synced to Shopify correctly, so every time I have to check hundreds of orders and tell them to sync it manually. When I contact support, they say sorry and ensure that this will not happen again, but IT HAPPENS AGAIN AND AGAIN. The subscription prices are so high, but OMG the service and app's performance are terrible. I will end my subscription as soon as finding a similar shopify amazon app. They have ruined my business so far. The only thing they say we are sorry, bla bla....
The customer service told me only works on FIREFOX !!!
I tried to use on Chrome and Safari without success, returns the error:

Worse Shopify App I have used!! Have wasted many hours waiting for the 'Dev' team to resolve issues...and they keep coming back. Customer service is non existent with broken promises.
The app wouldn't work. Whenever I hit the button to process and import my products to Amazon, it would process and then stop processing and give me no updates about errors or why it stopped. It did this for every product I tried. When I contacted support about this, they were literally no help at all. Probably the worst support I've talked to. Not only did they take so long to respond every time, but they literally explained nothing on why it didn't work and were no help. Then they told me that the only way it could be fixed was if I scheduled a meeting with them. I feel like this is completely ridiculous and I definitely do not recommend this app. Still have no idea why it didn't work and going to be looking for a different way to connect my store to Amazon.

The app works with a lot of effort. After install, I was approached by CedCommerce about helping to upload and optimize the amazon listings before BFCM. I paid this company to optimize my listings and they ghosted me for months without doing the work.
they haven't help me out, like they said they would been bullshitting me for six months, dragging me along I am visually impaired a small business owner, who is struggling to survive, like everyone else in this world but nothing but people take advantage of my disability and I can't believe it that these people will they after day week at the week month of the month blow me off as if I don't have any value I want you guys all to know here and feel the anger and frustration that these people from this organization from all the departments have a failed they all do the same thing they understand they know the difference but disappointingly they put the least amount of effort they try not to work they make nothing but excuses they don't know how to follow up and follow through. They're not committed to their customers they don't give a damn when people feel that comfortable in their positions watch out this is a warning to you guys all don't waste your time and don't mess with these people , they will lie to you they won't lie to you they will lie to you.
