I needed help interfacing my products with the CedCommerce Amazon Channel and for some reason, it was not working. CedCommerce offered me clear directions and was very patient and professional throughout it all. With their support and suggestions, I was able to set up my products with Amazon. CedCommerce provided exceptional service and answered all of my questions, and left a positive impression overall.
App was pretty easy to install! I was having a bit of trouble uploading products so I contacted support and they were so patient and helpful. I am very new to Shopify so I had alot of questions. My rep was very informative and made sure to go through each step with me. They were able to make me feel more confident about using this app! Thank you!
I use this app to map my products to amazon from shopify and its quite easy and simple. The staff and customer service provide efficient support. Definitely recommend this app.
