As advised to you in our direct communication to you, you started off on the Basic Plan and upgraded to the Advanced Plan, and both these plans do not have the option to whitelist (exclude) IP numbers or servers. Excluding option is available for Advanced Plus and Advanced Pro subscribers where you will be able to whitelist your own IP number, specific hosts and servers such as Google, Bing.com, Apple, etc. that you do not want blocked even when you block entire countries.

Even though excluding hosts and IP numbers is not available on your current subscription plan, you can still block VPN and proxy connections by clicking on the "Host Blocking/Unblocking/Excluding Button". But before doing that, you may need to first detect VPN connections by checking IP and server information by clicking on the "IP Blacklist Check" feature on the app dashboard—here you will be able to check IP numbers and host (server) information alongside their blacklist status. Pay special attention to IP numbers highlighted in red, as these are mostly unknown servers and bad bots.

Unfortunately, there isn't any technical way to detect VPN connections 100% accurately, or you cannot distinguish them from legitimate traffic with 100% certainty. Like the TOR network or like the servers cannot be solved like NXDOMAIN. However, you can use our TOR Network blocking feature (available under the country blocking section on the app) to block TOR users. The TOR Network primarily used by hackers and dark web users. In the "Today’s Visitors" section on the dashboard, you can also activate an auto-email reminder to get alerts of suspicious visitors. Once activated, the app will send you an email once a day if any unusual activity in the traffic to your website is found, which you can then use for blocking purposes.
