I have used many apps for this type of thing and this app so far has been the best at doing what I want. I shows exactly what the customer did on your site as well as the scheduled email for recovery. It places all the recovery types in one app which is nice, allows you to reach every customer that has abandoned cart.

I love using this app to see who is adding items to their cart in real time. It's so convenient. The addition of the auto mail series and pop up make this app top tier. It's like having several apps in one. Seriously a must have for anyone dropshipping. It's helped me recover so much money and so many lost sales. I also use it to understand buyer psychology better. Like what made them not complete purchase and what items were added to cart most often. This was a huge help.

Love this app because of the ATC pop up feature! The usual process for collecting emails is by having the customer enter their email during checkout or by making an account. However, with the ATC pop up feature the customer enters their email when they add something to the cart. This makes it so much easier for you to get customer emails whether to build your email list or for cart abandonment recovery.
For anyone on the fence about using this cart recovery app the ATC pop up feature alone is worth it!
