The email automations are really helpful for reminding people if they get distracted. We had an unexpectedly high bill a few months back but the new pricing structure means this shouldn't happen again. The support team are really helpful and friendly.

Nice functionality and easy to use interface with lots of options. Also, they are adding more every time I check in. We have seen a difference in our sales. Would like to see an option to automatically send a follow-up email a week after purchase for product reviews.
Great app to use, saves time on recovery emails.
We've been using this for free for a few months and just recently upgraded to the paid version. At this point I would say its totally worth it. I can definitely see how consistent cart helps boost sales from people coming back to our site and still having their cart there reminds them to buy things. Also the abandoned cart emails are great since you can set up to 4 reminder emails to be sent. We've seen a boost from around 5-6% recovery of abandoned carts now to around 15%, that alone is huge. My only complaints are that it could definitely be more user friendly with the set up of the app, and I wish it was a little more intuitive with the options on there for the function you're trying to set up.
But still totally worth it, and I can only imagine it'll get better over time!
It's helpful to see the products potential customers are looking at as well as where these customers are from.
