Disappointing Support Experience Despite High Costs.
We initially had a fantastic experience with the paid support for the Angle 3D Configurator app. The support team was responsive, helpful, and we felt confident in our decision to invest in this solution. However, our satisfaction has drastically declined over time.
Currently, we are subscribed to the highest package, yet our support requests are being ignored. This lack of response is unacceptable, especially considering the premium price we are paying.
Under these circumstances, we cannot recommend the Angle 3D Configurator app. It feels like we’ve paid a hefty price only to be abandoned when we need assistance the most. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
