This AI chatbot saves us hours of repetitive customer support. We sell customized products. NFC review stands, personalized gifts, acrylic items. Every customer has slightly different questions. "Can I add my logo?" "How does the NFC stand work?" "What's the turnaround time?" Angle's AI assistant handles FAQ automation really well using our product info. The product recommendations for cross sell and upsell have been a nice bonus too. It's freed up our support time and shoppers get instant answers instead of waiting.
