Quando precisei de suporte, nunca obtive retorno. Estou utilizando as funcionalidades do app mas não da maneira que queria e que o próprio app oferece.

Conforme explicado em nossa resposta, o problema que você mencionou está relacionado ao sistema da Shopify e está fora do controle do nosso aplicativo. We were using this app and it worked quite well (they wanted a review EVERY time I updated the top bar which was annoying), then they started charging. uninstalled it.
For some reason, it only wants to publish part of the time. It worked really well in the beginning but now it's not working as well.
