I am new to the clothing line industry. And I couldn't have had a better experience. I'm not computer savvy but Peter Lamb was PHENOMENAL assisting me to complete my set up. I love all the products of Apliiq. But when you have someone go above and beyond it makes the beginning so much sweeter. Thank you Peter Lamb, you are the BEST!!!!

Had the best experience with Apliiq today. I had placed an order 2 days ago and I need to expand and add to the order. Hoping I was not too late I contact Apliiq via chat. Within 2 minutes, Kimberly, a customer rep signed on and started to assist me. I gave her the order number and she tracked the order. She advised that I still had time to add more items and helped me through the process. She actually did everything for me in the backend and then sent a payment link which I paid immediately. The process was seamless with professional and efficient communication. Kimberly is an asset to Apliiq and I hope to have her assist in the future if I need customer support. Well done!!!

Apliiq has a wide range of products, making a rich catalog possible. They didn't meet 100% of what i needed, BUT they always make things right, by providing the best customer service. Exactly what makes ecommerce a positive experience; whether it's b2b, or d2c.

Great service, Kim from the customer service is AMAZING and over the top helpful! Their options are fantastic and i love all the services they offer. I love that they set up the shipping prices too for me so i dont have to mess with it! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend them!

They have very poor communication with their customers. It took a month & a half to get my order and every time I inquired about it, there was an excuse as to why it wasn't complete & someone would lie about when it would get shipped. It seems that they do not have enough support too handle their workload. I would NOT use them ever again.

If you are in only in the european market forget about this app.

Great customer service, very helpful with everything i needed to know as i learn about Printing on demand.
Also love their pricing and option to use custom labels on every item on their catalog!
