This app was super easy to add to my Shopify store and offers some flexibility with applying shipping cost that I had not yet encountered. Their FAQ to help with making a decision on which method was right for my store was very helpful and complete. I admit that I still needed some assistance, but it's just because I am newer to tools like this. A representative was super easy to reach as well as quick to respond and they talked me through what I was struggling with.
