I would definitely recommend Crisp. We bought a new ecommerce website and put it on shopify. Crisp was a go-to for our support team because it lets you handle tickets super easily, very user friendly and AI is just the cherry on the cake.
It doesn't work, I uninstalled it but it still keeps showing up
