The whole implementation team and account support after launch have been exceptional. I love using the product and am very happy with the support we receive on an on-going basis with whatever questions that come up.

Dealing with the Searchspring team has been amazing from the initial technical setups, the on-boarding and training and the technical support afterwards.

So far we have been getting amazing results and it has been great to finally be able to take control over our search results.

After an initial good start with Searchspring, I cannot recommend them at all. I recently waited over 6 weeks for a response to a helpdesk ticket that was never resolved and then was told that going forward, it shouldn't take more than 3 weeks to get a first response for help.

For 2K a month, I would expect to be able to to send 2-3 tickets to a helpdesk a year and get a timely response.

I was told that Q3 and Q4 are their busiest months, and so there is a delay in responding to customers. That ends up be 6 months of year, where we can't get any support.

As they lock you into a 12 month automatically recurring contact, you are stuck with them and they have no incentive to improve the service.

I would avoid Searchspring.

Searchspring was a game changer for our website. We use Searchspring to power both search and collection pages. The team has been wonderful to work with both in implementation and as an ongoing partner. Their implementation team matched our site design so you can't tell what is the Searchspring app and what is our site. Searchspring gives us so much more control over search results, allows us to easily merchandising pages, and provides a way to include banners on collection pages. Highly recommend!
