I use this app faithfully to run my service based business on Shopify! I would recommend it, it’s a smooth set up process and it’s not a lot of money. I used to have my booking on a different site but this works so well I love it.

It was incredibly easy to setup - almost too easy. I needed to find an app to help me book my workshops online. This is going to do exactly that. It integrated into my theme perfectly, and Sam helped me get a few other things situated. Plus, it's affordable. Perfect.

I am using this app for my equipment booking business and it works perfectly! I was using a different app for my bookings but I needed to take deposits and the other app did not have that feature. I found Appointly and they have a deposit option and for their top package it was still less a month compared to the other app I was using. I had a few questions during the set-up and I customer service walked me through resolving a few issues that I had. One was that I could not figure out how to expand my available time and the resolution was simple. I didn't realize that I needed to expand available time in my team tab. The other was that I wanted to change how my clients see my available variants. This took coding changes and their customer service changed the coding in the app to make me happy. Super happy with this app!

Service does exactly what I need it to do and connects seamlessly with Zoom. I needed support to change the widget color and add other specs and the support team responded during late hours within minutes. Excellent support! Would recommend.

So far this app has worked perfectly for our needs as a small ceramic teaching studio. When I had a question about scheduling group appointments, the app creator reached out to me directly and solved my problem in about 3 minutes. 5*

The app is very simple and easy to use. It might not be the most sophisticated, but simplicity is sometimes best! Friendly to use, straight forward and great customer service. Definitely recommend for small to medium businesses
