First time using such an app and the developer responds fast when setting up this app. user friendly will definitely recommend other friends that host workshops to use this!

I have used another higher ranked booking app before using Appointly, I can say I'm more satisfied with Appointly because even their free plan can meet almost all my needs. Sam from customer service team is also very helpful and fast responding. All and all it's a good app. Highly recommended!

I am using this app for my equipment booking business and it works perfectly! I was using a different app for my bookings but I needed to take deposits and the other app did not have that feature. I found Appointly and they have a deposit option and for their top package it was still less a month compared to the other app I was using. I had a few questions during the set-up and I customer service walked me through resolving a few issues that I had. One was that I could not figure out how to expand my available time and the resolution was simple. I didn't realize that I needed to expand available time in my team tab. The other was that I wanted to change how my clients see my available variants. This took coding changes and their customer service changed the coding in the app to make me happy. Super happy with this app!
