Really easy to use app- syncs with google calendar. The very few times I've needed any assistance or had any issues- customer service has been absolutely fantastic! No wait time and always happy to help. Pragatheesh was great when I needed assistance today

I encountered an issue setting up the Rental Products and how to connect and configure it with BookX services and how to properly track the capacity and stocks items and I was assisted by Vignesh S R during the process and I was able to understand the flow and configuration, and also had been educated by him on what are the BookX limitations pertaining to monitoring the capacity available. It was a great customer service I had received.

This app is incredible. I've just bought the Smart plan and it integrates with my Google Calendar.

The customer service is excellent, I had a couple of doubts and Nithish Kumar from their team jumped immediately on a video call with me to solve all my requests and answer all my questions.

BOOKX is truly a very practical tool! Vignesh is really help me a lot to setting Booking system. The BookX booking widget was intuitive and easy to set up with a minimal learning curve. Works as advertised/expected.

For tweaks, I reached out to the BookX IT support team and Rahul was simply amazing. Very knowledgable and supportive. He got the widget set up quickly to the specification that we required and took initiative to make suggestions for improvement. He also worked with an internal teammate to ensure the button UI was of adequate size/spacing and matched the store’s branding. A++ for service and speed. After an initial run-thru, we were confident in upgrading to the paid version, which allows the widget to be used with multiple products.
