What a great addition to allow clients to book an art consultation. This will be an excellent tool for my business. The Servicify APP team was so prompt and helpful getting Easy Appointments to work on my theme.

We have been setting up appointments back and forth by email so appointment setting has already saved time in the 2 days we've been using it. I had two minor issues while setting up but got quick personal attention, even on off hours sometimes. They were remedied faster than expected with no follow up. Highly recommended.

The help desk works perfectly. Thank you Joy! The app seems clear, easy to use.
The customer service is amazing and quick. We had a fairly complex events model and the team helped set up and configure in an efficient and friendly way. Nothing was too much trouble. The app works flawlessly, has everything you would need and more and after testing several other apps was head and shoulders above the competition both in ease of use and features. We would highly recommend it to anyone requiring a scheduling feature.
The app doesn't work properly, kept getting errors like "Document couldn't be saved" Yeah, okay, and why would it be saved? Lots of UX errors. Bummed that I had to install this app and they connected to my data... Do not install this app if you are looking to perform for more than one simple execution,

As for connecting with your data, we only connect with the parts of the app to make the experience simpler for you, like syncing the bookings with your orders or sending the customer a reminder email. Since your uninstallation, that data is no longer connected.

This app has fulfilled almost all of our wishes. The support team responds and helps) if you choose the right tariff plan ;-) Overall, the app is great. I recommend it.
Great customer service, and great features. I did a lot of research and this event app has the most features built in and has considered every single type of event in its design. They are also open to custom work if you can't yet find something automated on their app. Also, very affordable , too!
Good service and smart app. You should take in norwegian as a default language or include all the text that the customer sees in the store. As weekdays and months and the timeframes to the appointment. Thanks!
