A great app to use, and it was seamless to receive help. But this review is more about customer service. I am new to the app and the agent helping asked me if I am based in India or another country and proceeds to comment on my physical appearance. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. When someone is using your app and seeking professional support, personal comments like these irrelevant and take away from an otherwise good experience. I hope this is addressed so future interactions remain respectful and focused on the actual support needed.

First i would like to apologise for the same. We had a talk with our support team and indeed they did have a chat with you. His intention was not to hurt or comment on the physical appearance but yes he did ask where you were from so we are very sorry about this

The Appointo app is okay. I'm finding a lot of limitations and seem to always have to upgrade.
My chat help has been fantastic though. Everytime I contact them they are quick to answer and solve my issues. They are always pleasant. I just had a great conversation with Karan. He was very helpful.
It’s ok for what you pay. I would like the app to be more ug friendly. A bit complicated with some settings and I have been on touch with support several times.
Support was helpful but response was a bit slow. I hope for some better help-videos and faster chat service.
Overall a helpful tool to my booking site.
