The app is very good and very simple, the service is excellent, Bhagya Divakar was very helpful, always available and friendly. I would recommend improving some things, such as adding more modern and attractive templates, as well as crossing out dates that are no longer available, and putting up "sold out" or "few spots" signs, but the rest works very well for now.
It's essential that it be in Spanish, both for the user and for our customers who are going to make their reservation.

La app es muy buena y muy simple, la atencion es excelente, Bhagya Divakar fue muy buena, siempre disponible y amable. Yo recomendaria mejorar algunas cosas como poner más plantillas modernas y atractivas, asi como tachar las fechas que ya no están disponibles, pondría carteles de "agotado a la vista, o: "pocos lugares" pero realmente el resto funciona muy bien por ahora.
Fundamental que esté en español, tanto para el usuario como para nuestros clientes que vana hacer su reserva

The Technician was very helpful
First time "chatting" with support and it was quick and easy. They resolved my problem quickly, though I give 4 stars as I don't know why it was occurring in the first place. I have used this app for quite some time now and it works well for my purposes.
We've had this app since beginning of the year and so far it's been great, it has saved me so much time and hassle...prior to the app we had customers call to make appointments for a coffee farm tour. Aside from not having to juggle multiple calls, customers are required to pre-pay so if they don't show up we still have the revenue, and have sufficient time to prepare. We are a micro business and can't really afford to pay for apps but Appointo has been worth the investment.

We are delighted with this App it suits our business needs very well and is easy to set up and manage as a product on our Shopify website. We have a simple need for individual shoe fitting appointments (not group) of different lengths depending on the number of children to be fitted and this App does it brilliantly and does not have lots of unnecessary features. We only want one appointment at a time but we could change that if we wanted to have more than one fitter bookable. We can change the hours available on different days to match seasonal changes in our shop opening times. The App shows us an easy to read list of upcoming bookings, moves them to the "past" as they expire and now has a quick and easy way for us to make appoitments without creating an account for customers who don't want to go online themselves. We can change and cancel appointments, it's just a shame that the feature for customers to re-schedule and cancel their own appointments is only on a paid subscription. We can't afford to keep paying out for Apps every month - it soon adds up! But we may dip in and out of the paid plan during our busy months because this feature is the icing on the cake for us. The developers seem to listen to users' comments and introduce features that are requested and have replied to my questions using the help chat very quickly. I'd recommend this booking App for anyone that has similar needs to us.
Estoy empezando a usar esta app. Comparando con las demas ofertas, creo que esta es la que mejor se adapta a lo que nececitamos. Tiene una excelente conectividad con la página web, no modifica formatos, estilos ni nada. La atención de soporte es excelente.
Lo único que no fue de mi agrado es que no se puede hacer reservas en el POS en Android (En iOS no hay problema)
So far so good! I'm having some challenges getting the app set up and customized, however the customer service is amazing and I'm being guided through using the app wonderfully. Excited to be able to offer appointment bookings to our customers!
I really like that I can set up appointment scheduling with this app. I had to contact support initially as the app wouldn't let me remove duplicate info fields for when clients reserve their appointment. The team was able to quickly address the issue. I wish that you could at least have 3-4 services offered in the free package. I think that this app is good and will continue to get better over time with adjustments here and there.
the mobile app it's a bit weak... doesn't have much features and a lot to fix.
On the other hand, i had a few issues and things to solve, and the costumer service was always THE best i ever experienced in my life.
They are always quick, problem-solvers and positive atitude. i have to confess it changed my perception of the app.
