I've launched workshops for my business, and this app is working great for getting bookings. I had something I wanted updated (from the default), and they made the update on the backend the same day I requested it. The only thing I wish could change is that if you enable people to join a waitlist, your customers get charged right away - evidently this is because of something on the Shopify checkout process, so can't be changed (at least not with my lack of IT skills). Overall though, it's pretty easy to use once you get through your first one and figure it all out.
This calendar app is fantastic! It's super user-friendly, customer service is outstanding—fast, friendly, and always helpful. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable, simple calendar app!
