Negative Review of AppScenic Dropshipping
After using AppScenic for over a year, I can no longer recommend their platform. Here are my key concerns based on my experience:
- Lack of Professional Customer Service: Reaching out to customer support often feels like a dead end. Responses are slow and lack clear solutions, leaving issues unresolved for extended periods.
- Poor Communication on Order ...
The best platform I ever used. The AI function saves me a lot of time.
I tried every known platform for months and i can finally say that this one is the best by far in my eyes. Easy to use, great functions, and so far no issues with any suppliers. I can highly recommend Appscenic.
Very clean and organized. Great features. The follow up on service requests takes longer than I'd like, but I like the dropshipping part of their service better than the other one I have used.
Appscenic's product catalog is wonderful and so is their customer service. The app is easy to use.
