Great app with a tonne of options for customisation. I also have found their customer support is amazing. Any time I have an issue it's answered and fixed within minutes. Great team, great app.

Brooks was incredibly helpful. I had a question about changing the order frequency, and not only did they take care of it for me, but they also created a video showing how I can make the update myself and how customers can select their own option. It’s so refreshing to get such an easy solution and to work with someone so helpful and proactive.

Their 24/7 support is unmatched as they can walk customers on shopify through any issues by sending direct instructions, videos explaining, and even make changes for you if needed. Overall the app works great!

Appstle is very easy to use and setup and if you have any questions their customer service jumps in very quickly to help you and answer any questions you may have. The app itself has worked wonders for our business and retaining our customers. Great app. Highly recommend.

Had some trouble with app integrations and subscription & bundle integration, was a bit desperate, but the team helped me out quickly and we fixed the issues in like 5 minutes ish. problems were pretty basic/standard i think, but at least I got a good vibe, quick solutions and the feeling that more complex problems can be solved as easy and fast. let's see! 5/5 so far

Just like I said on the Loyalty app review, Appstle are spot on, and provide a top notch app with top notch service. Ran two chats consecutively tonight with engineers from both apps, and it's been a seamless and smooth experience with Alan and Jackson.
